The purpose of this paper is to provide general information about graphite (carbon fibres) composite materials and how to choose the appropriate material for creating light-weight, high-performance graphite composite products. For this purpose, intuitionistic Fuzzy VIKOR MCDM and Fuzzy TOPSIS are used to make comparisons. The rank correlation applied to the ranking methods to find which method is comparatively consistent. As there are varieties of composites available, the properties of the materials are given as an interval. Intuitionistic Material selection is performed using a measure-based fuzzy version of the VIKOR approach. For a discrete interval, the fuzzy TOPSIS technique provides the most accurate ranking. The two algorithms IF VIKOR and TOPSIS are paired. This is an additional feature of our work.
